AI image is missing on computer, but not on phone.

Bing Image Creator is saying that the recent images I created are missing. It normally does this for images that are over 90 days old, but I generated this one a few minutes ago. It can access said pictures on my phone, but on my computer, it says they are missing. How to fix this?
