Hi, so my account recently got breached because of a huge Microsoft data leak and now my Home Xbox is set to the Middle East. Fun fact, I do not live in the middle east i actually live in the northeast of America, born and raised, and now I cannot set my home xbox to either of my 2 homes here. Some dude maxed out the home xbox sets and now Im at 0/5. I pay for live, gamepass, ultimate, family all of that and yet, I cannot play gamepass games unless i’m signed into only 1 account. Meaning if I wanted to play with my sibling or significant other in our other home. We CANT. I reset the passwords and added 2 step verification so I do have the account back. I went through trial and error on Community and they said my best chance is here. I am not accepting that the only way to do it is to wait a year. It makes 0 sense. Either let me make my Home Xbox at MY ACTUAL HOME, or i’ll just jump off a bridge. thanks

2025-07-03T01:50:40.2166667+00:00 Please Microsoft, or whoever is the big man in charge. It’s literally so obvious where my home xbox should be and where it is being accessed. I understand that after 0/5 you have to wait a year but it makes no sense that i am unable to use it while im literally paying for it. I’m frustrated, annoyed and quite depressed because of this. Just set my home xbox to the original console and we’re all good
