How do I read the URL and URL Description from a canvas app to Sharepoint List via Power Apps

I have a SharePoint List with a hyperlink.
I have a Canvas App that pulls in a card for the hyperlink, but only writes the URL link, not the description back to the SharePoint List.
I have seen some YouTube videos that explain building a Power Flow that used When Power Apps calls a flow (V2) and Send an HTTP request to SharePoint. I can't get it to work, and copilot isn't very helpful. As I'm new to this I am finding it difficult to pinpoint the problem.

The whole purpose is for Users to fill in the form and for the information to be read back to the SharePoint list with both the URL and Description Details.
