Add a deleted Instagram account?

I had my old phone freeze up and die on me unexpectedly. I had my business account attached to that phone with my recovery codes. When I got my new phone, I accidently deleted the Instagram authentication thinking I needed to set it up again. Is there a way to recover this account? I am unable to get into my business Instagram account at the moment without it. I have reached out to FB and Instagram and they are unable to find away around getting that initial authentication code (which i understand is the whole point!)
