How to fix the error on Microsoft learn exercises: We're sorry. The lab environment needed to complete the exercises in this unit is temporarily unavailable.

The exercises and VMs on the Microsoft learn are not launching.
I keep getting this error: "We're sorry. The lab environment needed to complete the exercises in this unit is temporarily unavailable."
How can this be fixed? it's been doing this for months now
