It shows view of sp 2013. Approve reject button are disabled despite having permissions. Can anyone suggest how to fix this. We tried to disable enable setting already.

    Hi Prajakta Patil

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum support and apologize for the inconvenience

Based on your description, I understand that you have the issue when migrating from SharePoint on prem 2013 version to SharePoint online using tool. To ensure I fully understand your context and can provide the most accurate guidance, could you please share the following details:

    • What is the name of the migration tool you are using? Is it the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT)?
    • Could you provide a screenshot of the error message, or of the Approve/Reject buttons being disabled?

This information will help us better assess the issue and suggest a more precise solution.

In the meantime, you might try to Check Permissions of Approvers again by:

    • Go to Site Settings > Advanced Permissions > Check Permissions
    • Enter the approver’s name to confirm they have the necessary rights

In some cases, users even have Full Control, the buttons were disabled until they were added as Site Collection Admins.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards
