Unable to complete Microsoft 365 Developer Program signup — Product field disabled

Hello,

I am trying to register for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using a new Microsoft account and phone number. However, the Product dropdown field is disabled, and I cannot complete the registration.

I’ve tried:

Different browsers (Chrome, Edge)

Incognito mode

A new SIM and Microsoft account

Multiple devices

Please assist me in manually completing the setup or activating my developer sandbox.

My Microsoft Account: ******@gmail.com Location: Egypt Intended usage: Power BI training and personal development
