Trying to remove all hyperlinks in a document and Cntrl+A then Cntrl+Shift+F9 does not work

What am I doing wrong? I'm using an iMac and not Windows as the child subitem tag forces me to choose

    Using a Mac keyboard, press Command+A to select all the text. See if Command+6 works to unlink the fields.

    Note that unlinking fields mean that you replace them with the current field result, which becomes static text.
