Hello, Reinaldo Mendes
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A
Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you are experiencing issues with your new account. Here are some troubleshooting solutions:
1. Stop all recovery attempts immediately. The more you try, the more the security system will alert, and the longer the cooling-off period may be.
Please wait patiently for at least 48-72 hours and do not attempt any account recovery or password changes during this time. In many cases, once this automatic “lockout period” has passed, you will be able to receive recovery emails and text messages normally.
2. During this waiting period and afterward, you need to actively use this account to demonstrate to the service provider that you are a legitimate user.
Regular login usage: Since this is your computer's administrator account, logging in daily upon startup is the best way to “maintain” the account.
Use Microsoft services: Log in to Outlook.com with this account and try sending an email to another email address. Log in to OneDrive and upload a harmless small file.
Maintain consistency in login devices: Always perform operations on this new computer. This will establish a trusted “device-account” association.
Once you have accumulated sufficient “normal” usage records, the security system's trust in you will increase, making it less likely for sensitive operations to be blocked in the future.
3. Create a “safety net” — a local administrator account
This is the most important thing you should do now to prevent yourself from being locked out of your computer before the issue is resolved.
Search for CMD in the search bar, select “Run as administrator,” and enter the following commands one by one:
net user USERNAME PASSWORD /add
After the command succeeds, enter the following command:
net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add
Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with the account name and password of your choice. If no password is required, you can leave PASSWORD blank.
If the recovery service remains ineffective, you will need to use the account recovery form.
Visit Microsoft's account recovery page: https://account.live.com/acsr
This is a detailed questionnaire that will ask you various questions about your account (passwords you have used, email subject lines, contacts, etc.).
I look forward to your feedback.
Best Regards,
