It happened after CMOS reset. There is an continue button there, but it does not work.

Any ideas ? Loginng off and on to the xbox app and MS Store, PC restart and xbox app reinstall - those 3 does not work

A CMOS reset can sometimes cause system time, certificates, and Windows service mismatches that break secure logins like the Xbox app not connecting. Here are extra steps to do:

    1. Check and Sync System Time

CMOS reset usually resets the clock, which breaks Microsoft authentication.

    a. Go to Settings > Time & language > Date & time

    b. Make sure:

    • Set time automatically = ON
    • Set time zone automatically = OFF (choose correct one manually) c. Click Sync now d. Then restart your PC and try the Xbox app again.
    1. Flush DNS and Reset Network Stack

CMOS reset might have caused TLS/auth issues.

    a. Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run:

    • ipconfig /flushdns

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh winsock reset

    b. Restart your PC

Let me know once done so I can assist further.

    Regards,

    Iggy
