"Image URL Required" Bing Merchant Center

Bing Merchant Center has been causing more stress lately than anything, and Bing offers hardly any support with regards to Bing Merchant Center, it's like they don't want people using the feature. Whenever I submit a file to Bing Merchant Center, I receive an error message for about half the items I upload, saying an "Image URL is required. It should be a valid URL beginning with HTTP or HTTPS". Every single item that it is reporting this error with has an image, with a valid url beginning with http. I have changed went back into my website and updated the URLs with no avail. I have the file set-up correctly, as about half the items I upload, upload successfully. There's no support for this question anywhere I go, and I do not have the time to sit on the phone with support, for them to tell me to change the URLs again. I wish they'd offer more comprehensive support for their customers. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or have a possible solution? Thank you in advance.

Hi Faith and thank you for your question. Without being able to see the feed error report it is difficult to diagnose what the root of the problem is. You can go to How is the catalog feed organized? and review the image_link under the Required Fields just to ensure that these links are set up correctly.

If this does not help then please contact us at Bing Ads Support, allow us to verify your account and then review everything so we can provide an appropriate answer for you.

I hope this helps! Please reply back if you have any further questions or concerns. We will be more than happy to assist.

Thank you for choosing Bing Ads!
