My Microsoft Advertising Account is Blocked

My Microsoft Advertising Account is Blocked and I've got no email or explanations.

I always followed all the guidelines and I need to know whats happening. I run a small bussiness and this problem is causing me a lot of trouble.

When I try to login I get the following message:

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

    We completely understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for you to set up an advertising account with us. We are sorry to see that you are struggling to get accounts up and running.

    We are not aware about any technical reasons as to why account have been getting suspended.

    Generally, there could be a number of reasons why our system would suspend an account. For security reasons, we are unable to provide exact details on why an account has been suspended, but I've compiled a list below of the most common areas where accounts may be out of compliance with our advertising policies.  

    Please see a list of important policies below to ensure you are following them. 

    Also, it is important to review whether your billing, and payment method are compatible with each other! You will be able to determine which options are available to you by selecting your country/region and currency on our help page, which you will be able to access with the following link - Choosing a payment method for Microsoft Advertising

    Please note that we have a dedicated team responsible for the accounts which get suspended and for security and privacy reasons they do not disclose the reason why the account is suspended.

    My account has just been blocked (few minutes ago). I chatted your customer support on the platform to escalate the problem.
    The representative requested for my email attached to my account, and attempted a reset which returned an email with my verification access code.

    to my surprise, I was asked to send back my code, which I did and then the representative said my account has been finally blocked and the decision is final with no option for appeal.

    I found this tricky and scary at the same time. I am escalating this issue here for further investigation. It is possible some hackers are working on your backend to deceive me.

    They just did the same thing to me, with the same useless answer. My ad account had been up and running for less than 12 hours and they cover their unjustifiable behavior by saying “we can’t tell you for security reasons.” Absolutely BS. I violated zero policies. I used THEIR auto generated ads from my website. Unbelievable.

    I had the same issue today and just wanted to add my voice as well to the thread. I wonder if it is possible to file an appeal or something.

    As I see it, they have a set of rules everyone needs to follow to advertise on Bing. If someone has violated some of the rules, it seems logical to provide information about what is wrong so people could address the issues and proceed with advertising which is a win-win for both sides.

    Although, blocking users within a few hours after creating an account without any information seems to be very unprofessional on so many levels so it raises questions - should it be used at all and does it provide any benefits advertising at Bing when they treat their new customers like this?

    P.S. I am very unsatisfied with the chat support specialist as they answered with copy-pasted text without answering questions directly. One example, my question was: "How to submit an appeal"? The answer looks something like the account specialist's decision is final and an appeal will not help. Sorry? Do you have an appeal mechanism or not? How come the decision is final within a couple of hours after creating of an account? Fantastic service!
