My Microsoft ads account got suspended before I even add payment method.

I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and verify advertiser verification

During our review process, we've determined that content in your manager account xxx is in violation of the Microsoft Advertising Egregious Policy.

Egregious violations include:

  • Obfuscation of advertiser or payer identity, to include providing inaccurate identity information or documentation.
  • Use of the service to facilitate or promote illegal practices, content, products and services.
  • Malicious software codes (e.g., malware, phishing, scareware, ransomware, pirated software).
  • Counterfeit, malicious, or disingenuous content or services, or any other content which poses a threat to the security of our users or our service.
  • Any landing page or downloadable content which removes user control.
  • Ad content which obfuscates the intention or functionality of any downloaded product or provided service.
  • Circumventing or evading system service safeguards or monitoring.
  • Any content or action designed to facilitate gaining unauthorized access to any user, advertiser, or data, or manipulate the Microsoft Advertising service.
  • Deceptive or obfuscated content, cloaking, or spoofing.
  • Impersonation, manipulation or deceptive media, or deceptive use of name or brand to imply endorsement.
  • Excessive collection of personal information unnecessary to fulfill ad promise.
  • Emotionally manipulative or coercive content.
  • Attempting to circumvent our account suspension or other measures intended to enforce our policies or terms by creating a new advertiser account or Manager Account.

Its been 10 times the same things happen with me. every time when i create a account and complete verification after 30 minutes my account got suspended even though i didn't even add payment method and create a campaign. i don't know what's the problem. i did contact support team do appeal but nothing happened. every time i contact support team and they checked everything and say do appeal they will review it manually but after doing appeal and waiting a week every time i got the same response like i did policy violation that's why can't make my account live. but my question is i just create account and can't even complete the setup didn't even create any campaign and add payment method the how can i violation the egregious policy. even support team can't help me.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    I'm having the same issue. Going further, when I log in to the account I'm prompted to upload verification documents for my business. I have provided both the Notice of Approval for an LLC in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and I provided my EIN documentation from the IRS. Could someone please let me know what's going on here? I am prompted that I have only one retry left to verify my business.

    It happened with me too. They just randomly pick your account. They don’t know even means of violations. Unprofessional customer service, they don’t know how you can solve these violations. Shame on Microsoft Company. They don’t know solutions of violations.
