Having problems adding payment method

I think it's because I pick Malaysia country as my country.

I live in Malaysia, but I want to advertise in the US. I can either pay in dollar or RM.

I prefer to pay in dollar. Easier to setup I guess.

Whenever I click add card > payment method, it always redirects me back to the beginning page of payment method and then asks me to contact support and then automatically logs me out.

Helps! I can't complete this payment method. Have been looking through f.a.q. found none having the same problem as I am.

    Both US dollars and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) are accepted forms of payment. The issue you are facing may be due to your browser. Please try one of the troubleshooting steps listed below:

    • Clearing Cookies and Cache
    • Use In-private Browsing or go into Incognito mode
    • Try a different browser

    Please disable any security add-ons or pop up blocker. After you have followed all these steps I would then try to add your payment method again. If the problem persists I would be more than willing to assist you further in this matter.
