Question

I am facing an issue while trying to send the setup code integration in Microsoft Clarity. I don't know why this issue is occurring. The error message says,

'Please enter a valid email (e.g., ******@contoso.com).'

I am inviting my own team members using our company domain. Please help me with a possible solution.

Hello Asad,

I understand that you are unable to send the setup code integration to your teammates. To be able to pinpoint the challenge you are facing, please respond to the private message I've sent to you. I will make sure to relay everything to our team for a thorough troubleshooting. For the time being, I hope the response and resources provided here could also be of some help.

Once you sign up to Clarity and add a project, you're an Admin of the project. You can only add team members if you're an Admin of the project.

Admins can add team members through their email IDs. There's no limit on the number of users to a project. However, only 10 pending invites are allowed at a time. Learn how to add team members. A user can be an Admin and Team member. Admins have the following permissions:

• Changing the user's role.
• Deleting a project.
• Update or modify project settings.

What should I do if my team member didn't receive the invite?

• Ensure you enter a valid email address in the invite.
• If the recipient's email is from an official account, ensure that the organization's IT team allows emails from @microsoft.com.
• Ask the team member to check their spam or bulk email folders.
• Check the troubleshooting guide for more details.
