How do I file a formal complaint?

I would like to know how to file a formal complaint. I will give a little bit of background to why but I would like the answer to tell me how to file the complaint. My Microsoft Advertising account was suspended. I added my personal information such as id, domain receipt, uploaded a picture of myself, address, phone number etc. Days later my account is still suspended. Does the computer not think I'm a real person? It's ridiculous and now my personal information is on Microsoft servers somewhere to be hack into or I have to click accept on something, and Microsoft will use my information without me even knowing. Maybe like the terms on the bottom of this page. I want my file to be deleted with microsoft advertising.

    Hi Edward_176,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Advertising Community Forum! My name is Shaynne, and I will be assisting you with this query.

I am sorry to hear that your account got suspended. Generally, there could be several reasons why our system would suspend an account. For security reasons, we are unable to provide exact details on why an account has been suspended, but I've compiled a list below of the most common areas where accounts may be out of compliance with our advertising policies.

Please see a list of important policies below to ensure you are following them.

Please note that under the Digital Services Act (DSA), all customers are eligible to appeal their account status up to six months after their account status change.

You will receive an email notification indicating the reason for their account status change with an option to appeal. If you have received the aforementioned email, please proceed by submitting your appeal.

Additionally, once the documents uploaded on the system for the verification process is completed, the files submitted will be then automatically deleted.

I hope the information provided above has been helpful in addressing your concern. In line with this, I will contact you via private message as well if in case that you still need further assistance from my side.

    Kind regards,

First, your response does not provide me with how to file a formal complaint about the system. Secondly, I just opened an account and have not been able to create a campaign yet, so none of the reasons you provided would apply. I have been forced to upload personal information that I am not really comfortable with giving out for the purpose of creating an advertising campaign. To make matters worse, after providing all of the information, my account was still suspended. I would like to see that my information is not used in any way and my uploaded information to be deleted off of Microsoft Advertising's system. Is there an email address to someone I can send to let them know I DO NOT GIVE MY CONSENT to use any of my information?
