I am trying to build a new cert for a CA to do an EV code-signed cert. I have my subscription set to premium tier however when building the cert I do not get an option for Exportable Private Key = RSA-HSM. Please let me know what I am doing wrong so I can build a cert with this option.

Did you select exportable private key as No? I didn't see the option either until I did that.
Thank you. I am following a guide and they did not talk about that option. I have never done anything with the key vault before so I don't really know what I am doing but following a guide.
I bet we're following the same guide. You working on getting a code signing cert for screenConnect? You're right if so, it wasn't really obvious that you had to select "no" on exportable private key. IDK anything about key vault either and I thought you had to select yes in order to be able to get a CSR. Shrug.
