I have been using Microsoft office for a long time. I cannot save excel files any longer. Is this related to a new subscription? how do I fix that?

    Hi Etienne Veber

Thank you for reaching out about the issue you're experiencing with saving Excel files.

To help us better understand and resolve the problem, could you please provide the following:

    1. Your current Microsoft Office subscription type (e.g., Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business, or a one-time purchase like Office 2019).
    2. A screenshot of the error message you see when trying to save a file in Excel.

This information will help us determine whether the issue is related to your subscription or something else.

Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further.
