I cannot access the Azure Portal or use the credits because the tenant is blocked

Hello

I am encountering error AADSTS5000225 indicating that my Azure tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. However, I have recently been approved for the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and have successfully redeemed $5000 in Azure credits.

Unfortunately, I cannot access the Azure Portal or use the credits because the tenant is blocked. I would like to either:

  1. Reactivation of the blocked tenant, or
  2. Transfer of the startup credits to a new active tenant that I can create.

I am the owner of the email and account used in the Startups program. How can I do this?
