Designer saying my photo of my own artwork triggered AI Guidelines warning (won't auto-enhance)

According to Your new AI Guidelines I can't auto enhance artistic images I own rights to. According to other users on Microsoft forums (who have encountered the same AI Guidelines Error) I could actually be denied service across the board for trying to edit my own photos using Designer.

I won't lie. I'm a little ticked.

If you want me, or anyone else, to actually spend money on products you might wish to not treat us like criminals who steal them (or whatever the restrictions are for, because you don't actually tell us what the issue is). Most of us aren't criminals. And I didn't ask for AI to be included in an image editor. That was all Microsoft. I just wanted to auto enhance the pic of my artwork.

I shouldn't have to be concerned I'll be banned from all Microsoft access for trying to auto-enhance a picture I legally own rights to. Please advise. Thanks.

This is Microsoft controlling what you can and can't do with your own property. Their "AI" control is morally unacceptable, and should be banned for crimes against humanity.
