Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding my Microsoft AZ-104 certification. I took the exam on June 26, 2025, but as of today, I have not yet received my certificate, and it is not visible on my Certification Dashboard.

Here are my details for reference:

  • Full Name: Tran Viet Anh
  • Microsoft Account Email: <PII removed>
  • Exam Taken: AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • Exam Date: June 26, 2025
  • Testing Provider: Pearson VUE

I kindly request your help in checking the status of my certification and assisting me in retrieving the certificate.

    If you don't see your certifications on your Certifications tab, please follow instructions below to create Certifications support request and someone will help fix the issue.

    Creating support request screen should appear similar to below. You may need to select different options depending on your needs:
