When I leave my PC idle for about 20-30 minutes it slows down a lot

Essentially what happens is that when I leave my computer to go do something, it lags a lot.

When I come back and move my mouse, it looks like it's going at 1 frame per second and I can't open task manager, open the windows menu etc.

Then after waiting 1-6 minutes of coming back and moving my mouse it becomes fine again.

This isn't really a huge issue but it definitely is an annoying one. I can't download any games or large files while being away so I have to stand next to my computer for 1-2 hours.

    It seems that the operating system or one of its system files has become corrupted, causing the system to behave oddly. To troubleshoot this issue, press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open Task Manager > Process tab > Search for Windows Explorer and restart it.
