    Hi Brian Howell

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

You can easily search for emails by content, subject, or sender in the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad by following these steps:

    1. Open the Outlook app on your device.
    2. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner of the screen.  undefined
    3. Enter the keyword or phrase you want to search for.
    4. Just below the search bar, you’ll see filter options, make sure to select "Mail" to narrow the results to emails only.
      undefined

Once selected, Outlook will display all matching emails based on your search term.
