Based on your description, kindly try to perform the following workarounds in case this would work:

1. Sign out and re-sign in to your Bing account.
2. Try to wait at least 24 hours in case this is a server issue.
3. Changing browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
4. Try different devices.

If it still doesn't work, I would suggest submitting your feedback directly to the Microsoft Bing Team in order for them to properly review your concern regarding this error. You may submit your feedback through the link below: https://www.bing.com/images/create?FORM=GDPCLS

Click the Feedback option at the bottom right corner of the page > then submit your report.
