Bing Image Creator Not Working Correctly

Question

Hi. Bing Image Creator has suddenly stopped creating images in a timely fashion. No, I don't mean "I've used all of my fast generations for the day and it's a bit slower." I mean that it's been trying to generate an image for 48 hours and that's with a fast generation credit. I have tried all of the usual nonsense such as clearing the cache, using a different browser, signing out and back in, waiting 24 hours, using the app instead, etc. This isn't just a "me" problem, either. Most everyone I know that is using it is having this issue.

This all started when the video option was rolled out. I do not even want this option and it seems to have caused massive issues amongst users. Can someone please tell me what's going on and if a fix is currently being implemented? Thank you!

this issue occurs any time less than 4 images are generated. if you wait a few moments then click to another (previously) generated image, you may see the thumbnails (note that it's less than 4 images generated in the thumbnail) then if you try to click on said thumbnail, it will produce the blue bird error. this occurs on PC or on mobile, doesn't matter. hopefully this is just something that they've broken and will be resolved soon. this is a major issue and if this is an intended change, there is no reason to continue using this platform.

Unfortunately I'm facing the same problem. I was logged out and logged in again after 12 hours, but Bing creator was still running on the same topic.

Seems like this is something I can't solve myself.
