Unable to back up my PC to OneDrive as my PC states not enough storage, despite me just wasting money to upgrade my storage?

I am trying to back up a measily 12.4 GB of Data to OneDrive.

The PC stated I do not have enough storage, so I upgraded to 100gb on a yearly subscription.

PC still states I do not have enough storage, when I open Onedrive via the view online tab it shows my 100gb, so why does my PC only think there is 5gb available?

And yes my OneDrive is COMPLETELY EMPTY.

Frankly getting sick of this as that is a wasted evening trying to do a simple back up and get this extended updates for W10 that simply refuses to show on my system.

And no idea why the moronic tags above need selectred, what the hell has a child item tag that ONLY has Business got to do with this issue.
