Unable to restart Windows 11 from a Blue Screen Driver PNP Watchdog error message. Restarting laptop 3 times, and neither Esc and F11 keys open Windows 11 system troubleshooting screen. How do I troubleshoot this problem?

Hi! Can you give me a bit more information why did you encounter this error. When was the last time that it worked, went to desktop and used it as normal. Is there any instance of recent hardware or software changes before this issue appeared.

To proceed with recovery, I'll help you step-by-step and try to do recovery mode.

If the usual key presses don’t work, force it:

    1. Shut down your laptop by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
    2. Turn it back on, and as soon as the logo appears, hold the power button again to force shutdown.
    3. Repeat this 2 more times.
    4. On the third boot, Windows should auto-load Recovery Mode

If you followed the steps correctly and doesn't go to recover menu, the recovery partition is corrupted. proceed to next step.

    1. Use another PC to create a Windows 11 bootable USB:
    2. Insert USB into your laptop and power it on.
    3. Immediately press ESC repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
    4. Press F9 to open boot device options and choose your USB drive.
    5. On the first screen, click Next, then click Repair your computer in the lower left.

after completing the repair it should restart.

Let me know once done so I can assist you further
