I have been hacked some years ago and lost my e-mail forever

Some years ago I got hacked and lost my original e-mai, one I used for almost 15 years, this was hard to solve since Microsoft said my e-mail was not going to be recovered and I would not get anything from that back, except my Xbox account that was tranfered to my new account, that was not even the problem I was worried about, I had so many accounts on that e-mail and all my banking and gaming accounts were bound to that e-mail. Then I reached to Rockstar support to recover my account there, which was impossible since I had no access to my original e-mail. So there is my problem, I need to receive a code to verify my access to my own account that Microsoft denied to recover for me after years of support tickets and a huge loss in terms of money and time because I can't get back my account that had 2FA and all protections Microsoft recommended. That said, what should I do to recover my other accounts, since they're all bound to this e-mail I lost?

If you, at any point, went for a year without signing in to the account it was closed and recovery is not possible.
