Problem with loggint to school account

Question

I had old phone with downloaded Microsoft Authenticator and I was logged to my school account on that phone, however my phone broke down and I am not able to log into my school account on my new phone, because Microsoft Authenticator is asking for the code from the Microsoft Authenticator on the other (broken) device.

What can I do to retrieve my account ?

Are you end user (student)?

If so, you may contact your school Microsoft 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
