PC facing black screens and freezing (both Windows 10 and 11)

Question

In recent months, my PC has frequently been freezing or showing black screens at random times after bootup. The only way to get around it (temporarily) is through force restarting the PC. It happens more often when I play games, however, I have also faced the same issue when no apps are running. Sometimes, it even happens when the PC is trying to boot up.
I have tried reinstalling Windows to both Win 10 and 11, and it seemed to work for a very brief period, although the fix is not permanent.
I have also tried chkdsk, diskpart clean followed by a backup reinstall, which were temporary solutions that only lasted for a few hours.
I have also tried running hardware checks on all components, although no issues were detected. I am still not sure what is causing this issue, and the proper solution to it. If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know below.
