How to delete second email authorization when reseting the password to my account?

Hi 1 week ago i changed my password and i dont remeber it but now it doesn't send me any message to the second email. I mean its send to one and then it ask for code form another email but this time it never send it. i tried already like 7 times and there is no new message on this email. Im sure that im writing correct email.
