Hi, thanks for reaching out! That error Protector (E_FVE_SECURE_BOOT_CHANGED) means BitLocker detected a change in Secure Boot settings and is now asking for your recovery key.
You can find your BitLocker key by checking:
- https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey
- A USB, printout, or file you saved during setup
- Your work/school IT admin if it’s a managed device
Once you enter the key, your PC should boot normally.
