
Disable MDM options in Windows for office suite sign in?

Dear Support Team,
We do not use Intune or any form of device management, but by default, when our end users sign in to Office apps (e.g., Outlook, OneDrive, etc.), they are prompted with the message asking whether they want the organization to manage their device. When users click “Yes” or “Continue,” they are then shown an error page stating:
"Error response came from MDM terms of use page."
This behavior is confusing and frustrating for users, especially since we do not use Intune, do not intend to manage personal devices, and do not have the necessary licenses for Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
We’ve also observed similar behavior when users sign in to Windows systems using their work or school account.
Could you please advise how we can completely disable the automatic MDM enrollment prompts in our tenant or Azure AD environment? Our goal is to allow users to sign in without any device management prompts or failures.
