Subject: Certificate Not Issued After Passing AZ-400 Exam

Hello Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I recently passed the AZ-400 exam (Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions) on July 2, 2025.

My details are:

Candidate Name: Nirosha Chittem

Candidate ID: MS1100641310

Exam Registration ID: 510020683

Exam: AZ-400

Date Passed: July 2, 2025 (shows July 3 in transcript)

The transcript shows the exam as passed, but I cannot find any option to download or view the certificate in my profile or Microsoft Learn dashboard. I have already checked Credly, but no badge or certificate is available there either.

Kindly help resolve this and link the certificate to my account.
