When unplugging a cable I don't need to use anymore my pc shutdown while it was working on installing some programs for a new external device. When I rebooted it, it popped up several error messages that all had the same file path and error code. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dante_dnssd.dll and Error status 0xc000012f. It seems that something in the device installer gotten messed up during the unintentional reboot and needs to be fixed. I tried the command prompt tool: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth  and sfc /scannow but neither seemed to have worked. I also attempted an unistall of one of the programs giving the error message but that also did not solve the problem. Is the simplest way to fix to backup my computer and give it a fresh windows install or is there something else that I can try?
