Main account in a weird limbo.

Question

Hi, I’m having a serious issue with my main Microsoft account.

When I try to sign in, it says there’s no account linked to that email. But when I try to create a new account with the same email, it says the email is already taken and belongs to an existing Microsoft account.

I also tried the account recovery form, but it tells me no account exists. So I’m stuck.

I have no idea what to do, if anyone can help and give me advice on what to do I would greatly appreciate that.

Also all the numbers I called for Microsoft support suck. I just wanted to clarify that.
