How to bring deleted one time passwords back to my new phone?

I had one time passwords for my important accounts like discord and github in microsoft authenticator app. after i switched to the new phone, i opened my microsoft authenticator account there. after i opened my account, i didn't do much with it. after a week, i reset my old phone (i think i have one time passwords on my new phone during this process). then i had to log in to applications like discord and github because i also reset my computer. and only then i realized that my one time passwords were gone. please help me to access my one time passwords, i can't access my very important accounts.
