How to bring deleted one time passwords back to my new phone?

I had one time passwords for my important accounts like discord and github in microsoft authenticator app. after i switched to the new phone, i opened my microsoft authenticator account there. after i opened my account, i didn't do much with it. after a week, i reset my old phone (i think i have one time passwords on my new phone during this process). then i had to log in to applications like discord and github because i also reset my computer. and only then i realized that my one time passwords were gone. please help me to access my one time passwords, i can't access my very important accounts.

If you had cloud backup enabled, you can restore your one‑time passwords by reinstalling Microsoft Authenticator on the new phone and choosing “Restore from backup / Begin recovery”, then signing in with the same personal Microsoft account (Android) or Apple ID/iCloud (iOS) that was used for backup—TOTP codes for third‑party apps like GitHub and Discord are restored if they were backed up.

If no backup exists, the OTP secrets cannot be recovered; you must use each service’s account recovery options (backup codes, email/SMS recovery, or contacting GitHub/Discord support) to disable 2FA and re‑enroll Microsoft Authenticator on your new phone.
