So is HERE : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/ask/

different from https://answers.microsoft.com/ ?

I mean it must be, even though it seems like there isn't? Or IS there, and I haven't read enough to see it?

    The second (lower) link that you mention is currently being moved over to the first (upper) link that you mention; both are essentially the same (where users post questions and get [hopefully!] answers).
