Locked Out of Azure Tenant – Only Global Admin Unable to Complete MFA

Hi Team,

I am experiencing a tenant lockout situation and need urgent assistance.

I am the only Global Administrator for our Azure tenant. I’m currently locked out because the Microsoft Authenticator app is not receiving MFA prompts, preventing me from accessing both the Microsoft Entra admin center and Azure Portal.

Details:

Tenant Name: Loyal Trade Management Ltd

Tenant Domain: ltbdb2c.onmicrosoft.com

Tenant ID: bfac4ee9-f444-4e4f-bc04-fe1e41c8f8b0

Global Administrator UPN: ******@ltbdb2c.onmicrosoft.com

There are no other global admins in the tenant to assist with account recovery.

I kindly request your help to escalate this to the Data Protection team so they can reset MFA for my account or help me regain access.

    If you have an admin MFA issue then only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. 

    Here are some tips and an example of a prompt to help you navigate the IVR more effectively:

    In some countries, it is an automated conversation like: First, when you call the hotline, it will be asked as follows:

    IVR: What kind of problem are you concerned about?

    You: Authenticator.

    IVR: What kind of product do you use?

    You: Office 365 for business.

    IVR confirmation: education or company account?

    You: For companies

    IVR: Are you an administrator?

    You: Yes.

    IVR: Do you have the other administrator in your organization?

    You: No.

    IVR: Do you need a... Service request?

    You: Yes
