I just want to set your expectations that other users have recently reported the same issue, and it's been ongoing for days now.
In the meantime, kindly try to perform the following workarounds in case this would work:
- Sign out and re-sign in to your Bing account.
- Changing browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
- Try different devices.
I would also suggest submitting your feedback directly to the Microsoft Bing Team in order for them to properly review your concern regarding this error. You may submit your feedback through the link below: https://www.bing.com/images/create?FORM=GDPCLS
Click the Feedback option at the bottom right corner of the page > then submit your report.

Click on Image Creator > Other Concerns > Submit the form
