New Surace Pro 8 is not getting powered on without connect charger

Hello,
I have purchased new surface pro 8 and it comes with windows 11 home. As soon as I opened it from the box, it's not getting powered on. Even after charging for 6-8 hours, battery shows no positive update
Battery Status ; 0% available (plugged in)
It's strange issue. As soon as you remove charger, laptop gets switched off. I tried updating windows all the update, Surface UEFI update drivers etc.. but no luck so far.
In windows update history it says : Surface Firmware Failed to install with error code : 0X8024004c
This device cannot work properly until you restart your computer. (Code 14)
Firmware update failed due to unsatisfied power requirements. The system battery is not sufficiently charged to safely update firmware.
It's really frustrating. Is there any solution here?
