Getting my password hacked every day

Hello,

I recently got my PC hacked by trojan and they had my google account. I obviously reset my computer asap, but then I realized that I had security issues on my google account : a new suspicious connexion on a Mac in my city (I don't think he's from the same city but that he's using proxy or whatev)

I have 2fa activated but I didn't receivedany notification on my phone.

I then changed my password one more time, ran Avast and rogue killer to check for malicious programs but I found nothing.

The following day, I got my password hacked once more. Avast doesn't find anything.

However, I searched for suspicious programs running in task manager, and when I open it, there's a bit of latency before I can click on anything, and during this "lag", I can see some programs that disappear right after it's fully loaded. Among the ones that I find suspicious, there's :

-esif_uf.exe located in Sys32 > Intel > DPTF

-Ibtsiva located in Sys32 > Ibtsiva

When searching online for ibtsiva, i found that it may be a threat if it doesn't have the .exe extension, which is my case (but when clicking properties he says it's .exe, and from intel so idk).

I also downloaded security task manager which tells me ibtsiva is 87% dangerous, but he also tells me that Steam and Opera GX are 65% and 79% malicious, which I doubt. When I try to scan ibtsiva from security task manager, I have an "error reading file"

There's those suspicious (at least to me) that are hidden and cannot be saw in regular task manager and when I click analyse, they ask me for Admin rights and it crashes security task manager and reoppens it, and the programs appear with a different name, then when I scan them it works and tells me there's no problem with them.

When I close Security task manager, he tells me that I have 46 services and 19 drivers that are active and doesn't belong to the OS, and 1 service potentially malicious but since I have free version he doesn't let me know which one :(

I also heard about browser extensions being malicious so I deleted them and only kept Adblock, I had "I don't care about cookies" and another one about Privacy but I can't remember

So now I need someone to help me because idk what to do, maybe reset my laptop but I already did this and got my password stolen in 1 week or so, I don't think I downloaded suspicious programs.

I think that's all, sorry if my english is a bit clunky, sorry for the screenshots being in french, I tried my best to be as precise as possible and thanks in advance for your answers.

You place yourself at more risk by download/installing other dubious apps you have found via a google search, uninstall what you have installed (security manager)

Use this free tool https://www.malwarebytes.com/solutions/free-antivirus (The win free version)
