It says that I have to login to talk to Bing AI but I am already logged in

Firstly I logged into my account on bing to try and use Bing AI but it said to login if I want to chat with Bing AI, but I was already logged in. I tried reloging but it still didn't work. I tried creating a new account but it still didn't work. I don't know what's happening. Can someone please help?

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with Bing Chat. Since Bing Chat is a new service, there may be some initial insolvencies that need to be ironed out.

    However, I would suggest:

    1.Cearing your browser cache

    1. Trying to access Bing Chat in a InPrivate window or through another account to see if that helps.
    2. restart Edge Browser

    In the meantime, I appreciate your patience and understanding as the service is still being improved upon.
