Hello, Norma, my name is Emmanuel, and I am an independent advisor. I'll be more than happy to assist you today!

I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue accessing your Yahoo mail on the Microsoft Edge browser. I actually tried my Yahoo mail on the Microsoft Edge browser I have on my desktop computer and it works fine without any issues. Please follow the troubleshooting steps listed below to sort this out:

    1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser on your laptop, click the three dots located at the top right corner of the browser and then click the gear icon to go to Settings.
    2. Select "Privacy, search, and services." Another way is to copy and paste edge://settings/clearbrowserdata in the address bar to access this function.
    3. Please scroll down a bit until you see Clear browsing data, then click the "choose what to clear" button.
    4. A pop-up window will open, then under time range, select "All time" from the drop-down menu, then click the "Clear now" button. After doing this, close the browser, relaunch Microsoft Edge, and then go to your Yahoo mail again.
    5. If you are still unable to access your Yahoo email, please make sure to update your Microsoft Edge by opening the Microsoft Edge browser on your laptop, clicking the three dots located at the top right corner of the browser, and then clicking the gear icon to go to Settings. Go to About Microsoft Edge to see if there's a new update. Once its updated, relaunch the browser and try accessing Yahoo Mail again.
    6. Another step you can take is to repair the Microsoft Edge browser by clicking the Start menu icon on the taskbar and then clicking the gear icon Settings. Under Settings > go to Apps > go to Installed Apps, search for Microsoft Edge on the search bar, and then click the three dots beside it to open the options > click modify > click Yes, once you see a pop-up message that says "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" > click Repair. After doing this, relaunch the Microsoft Edge browser, then try accessing Yahoo Mail again.

I hope this information can help you.

Let me know if this works for you.

I look forward to your reply.
