Hi Angela,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
It might be the case that an extension or tracking prevention is causing the issue. Mind telling us which browser are you using?
I look forward to the answer.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have been asking this question for 15 minutes now on every Microsoft Support Page I can find and, big surprise, it just ignores the question no matter how I phrase it. It actually gave me results for Edge and Firefox??? The problem is, and I've had it before, that after I Clear my Cache, I have to reset All my Settings in Bing and in doing so it continues to ignore the Settings under Customize Homepage. I unclick "Show news and interests" and "Show Menu Bar" I Save and immediately when I go back in, Bing has checked those boxes again!

I was able to finally fix for this and luckily find somewhere to post the fix. Most of the threads without a fix were locked.
The issue as I understand it, at least for me, was Edge clearing caches when closing. In doing so, it clears "Cookies and other site data," which in turn clears the settings for Bing.
To fix:
Try that, go back to Bing and reset them. Close browser and test it.
Hope that helps!
Thanks for posting but I don't use Edge, I have Chrome, Bing is just my Search Engine because Google's sucks.
Sorry I don't use Edge I use Chrome which s you know is set up to automatically Update itself and I checked it anyway and Chrome is Not the problem, Bing is the problem. It is now Nov 1st and asked this question on May 27th and you are the only person who even bothered to respond so apparently it is an issue only a few of us are having and the only solution I know of is to get rid of Bing. Unless you can tell me how to do that thing where I put 2 Browsers on 1 Computer because I have no idea how to do that?

This is a browser problem, not a Bing problem.
Settings like this are remembered in Cookies.
Are you being signed-in to Bing every time you access the page with Chrome?
Look through Chrome settings. Are you clearing the cache automatically or, specifically, Cookies?
Is Chrome allowing all or most Cookies?
Do you have an app, program or extension installed that's blocking ads or other content, "managing" Cookies or providing stronger anti-tracking?
