Urgent Account Suspension Appeal Due to Honest Mistake – Need Immediate Assistance

Dear Microsoft Rewards Support Team, I am writing to sincerely apologize for the issues related to my Microsoft Rewards accounts. I want to acknowledge that I made a mistake by initially creating and using two separate accounts. After realizing my error, I decided to delete both of those accounts, understanding that having multiple accounts was against the program's rules.

In an effort to start fresh and comply with the guidelines, I created a new Google account and, subsequently, a new Microsoft Rewards account. However, this new account was also suspended, which I believe might be due to the detection of similarities, such as my name or IP address, from my previous accounts.

I want to emphasize that my intention was never to abuse the system or violate any terms. I was simply trying to correct my mistake and continue participating in the Rewards program honestly. I deeply regret my initial actions and the complications that have followed.

I kindly request that you review my situation with this context in mind. I fully understand the importance of adhering to the program's rules and am committed to following them strictly in the future. My only wish is to resolve this issue so that I can continue using the program as a dedicated and compliant user.
