    Hi,
I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.
I understand you want to change the new tab page from the Microsoft Start to Microsoft Bing on the Edge browser.

There is no setting on the browser which allows this change, to achieve this you need to install a browser extension.

    Here is an extension:
    https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/deta...

After installing it, the browser will disable it for your security, select the three dots in the top right corner > Extensions > Look for the "Custom New Tab" extension, enable it.
On the tollbar, select the "Extensions" icon > select "Custom New Tab" and insert the address you want to be the new tab > Save
