>"warning about device security "Core isolation" not being on"

It was asking to turn on "Memory Integrity". This happen both of my yellow zone device, but not in green zone device.

Can someone tell me where you are seeing these driver issues? I'm turning on Memory Integrity, rebooting and the warning to turn it on just pops back up again and it's off. No error message, nothing that seems pertinent in Event Viewer.

When you try to turn it on, if it turns back off it shows a message "Review incompatible drivers", see screenshot and a sample below.

That's my problem. It says nothing except that it requires a reboot to activate. When I reboot it's back off again with the security notification is in the tray icon again.

The thing is I'm pretty sure it was working when the Win 11 test began, it's been a while since I turned it on in Win 10, maybe 8 or so months ago. Then again possibly it wasn't. I turned it on, but perhaps it was doing the same thing then, just no notification if this is a new thing in 22523.

    Thanks for the reply though!

Windows seems to turn it off if the drivers are not compatible with Memory Integrity, but now with 22523 they are warning about it.

    Hi Pauli,

This machine is a Lenovo Yoga 920 laptop, it does not have Core Isolation and Memory integrity on Device security, as you can see from the screenshot below.

It still passes PC Health Check, and it is currently running Public Build 22000.376.

I wonder what would happen if I tried installing Build 22523?

I would have to dismiss the Defender warning like on the ones that have incompatible drivers, but it should still work fine I assume.

How is it possible that my Lenovo laptop with an i3 6th Gen has the security feature and compatible drivers but yours with an i7 8th Gen doesn't? they're both about the same age aren't they? manufactured in 2018.

At first, I used to turned on Memory Integrity but slows everything down, since then I dismissed the warning every time I tried a clean install or an in-place repair of 22523. Now on 22518 I keep it OFF as always before.
