Why I am not receiving verification code in my registered email account or phone?

Please help. My data was locked by bitlocker. I am using Win 11 insider program. I can access my microsoft account and my laptop is linked here. I cannot access the recovery key for bitlocker because whenever I try do so, a verification code is needed to confirm my identity. I supplied the right email account, and the phone number (with correct last 4 digits) but I did not receive any code from both ways. I created a new microsoft account using another email account, and the verification code process went smoothly. I tried using the chat and the AI verified that there is no problem with my account. I need help. I have checked the spam folders and blockedaddresses or filtering. I need your support. Please help.

Great to found them and if you use OneDrive you can also save them in Personal Vault.
