I posted earlier also but some smart guy remove my question considering repeated or not relevant.
Now I am posting some part of it and most critical to me at the time which should be critical to Microsoft's Smart guys.
I am trying to run the Microsoft Safety Scanner after updating to Windows 11 and it detects some infected files however it finishes without cleaning up the detections.
Also there are no detections in Microsoft defender.

Maybe it's not yet compatible with Windows 11.
File the issue in the Feedback Hub and share the
link here for Eddie (MSFT) to see.
I understand but I believe that smart guy didn't read the complete post and without reading just deleted.
I had written that same IA asked me to post in this forum thats why I posted. Otherwise I don't like posting unnecessarily which would waste my time and others.
I have submitted the issue to Feedback hub, I am not sure how to post its link here or even that is possible or not.
Once the Feedback is filed there should be
